Cancellation Policy

Booking: -Please book a base service + any add-ons at the time of scheduling to ensure enough time is reserved. *Appointments booked incorrectly may be rescheduled or canceled. -If you are unsure what to book, please review all service descriptions prior to booking. If you still need assistance, you may DM before scheduling. Waitlist: -If you don’t see a time that works, please join the automated waitlist. -Include your availability and preferences in the notes section. *You will be notified if a spot becomes available. Availability is first come, first served and must be claimed. A confirmation will be sent once your appointment is successfully booked Late Policy: -A 15-minute grace period is permitted. -Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in your appointment being canceled and marked as a no-show. A 50% no-show fee will be applied. -If you are running late, you must call. Messages (DMs or texts) are not accepted as notice, as I may not see them while with clients. Cancellations & Rescheduling: -All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. -Appointments canceled within 24 hours will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. -Clients with repeated late cancellations or no-shows will be required to place a $50 deposit to book future appointments. -Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. -Deposits may be transferred once; additional changes will require a new deposit. 🚫 Booking Restrictions Repeated no-shows or chronic lateness may result in booking restrictions or permanent refusal of service. Fixes: -Notify me within 3 days if you experience an issue. -The fix must be scheduled within 1 week of your original appointment. *Concerns should be voiced during the appointment. Adjustments made after leaving the salon will incur a charge Cleanliness, Conduct, Safety, Etc.: -Please be courteous of other techs, guests, and property. -No animals are allowed unless properly documented service animals. -I do not work on severely damaged nails or open wounds. -No refunds. -Diabetic clients acknowledge that services are performed at their own risk and release the salon of liability for any related injury. -We do not perform ingrown nail removals. “Banned” or repeat late clients may be moved to Walk-In Only status or denied future bookings Right to Refuse: I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including (but not limited to): -Disrespectful behavior -Unsanitary conditions -Health concerns or open wounds -Services outside my expertise Prices Subject to Change: As our industry and artistry evolve, our pricing may too.
